ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. — APR•St Tammany is making it easier for residents to stay connected with local news, weather, public events and live coverage from anywhere in the parish.
The APR•St Tammany app is fully released for Android devices, while the iPhone version is now available as a public beta through Apple’s TestFlight program. Android and iOS users can access the correct version at:

The app brings APR’s latest news articles directly to your phone and includes local weather information, forecasts and tropical-weather resources.
Residents can also submit news tips directly through the app. Tip submissions can include information, photographs, videos, audio, documents and other supporting material.
APR’s new Community Calendar is built into the app as well. Residents, organizations, businesses, churches, schools, nonprofits and community groups can submit legitimate public events for consideration. Submissions may include an event link, photographs, a flyer or a video.
When APR•St Tammany begins a live broadcast, viewers can also watch the stream directly inside the app without having to search through social media.
