Salmen beat Lakeshore by three points in the closest of eight Friday football games listed involving St. Tammany Parish teams, according to results posted by the Louisiana High School Athletic Association.
Salmen won 20 to 17 on October 16. In the other two matchups between parish schools, Slidell beat Covington 19 to 7 and St. Paul’s defeated Fontainebleau 48 to 6.
Mandeville, Northshore and Archbishop Hannan also won Friday. Pearl River and Northlake Christian lost their games.
