ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. — Alternating and intermittent lane closures are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Sunday on both directions of Interstate 12 between Louisiana 21 and Airport Road, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
The closures are scheduled Sunday through Thursday from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday, September 11, weather permitting.
DOTD said one lane will remain open at all times, emergency vehicles will have access and motorists may encounter moderate delays.
Crews will be striping the roadway and replacing pavement markers. DOTD urged motorists to use caution in the work zone and watch for crews and equipment.
