PEARL RIVER voters will have an opportunity to hear from candidates seeking to become the town’s next police chief during a public candidate forum scheduled for Monday, August 3, at 6 p.m.
The forum will be held at the Pearl River Lions Club, 65074 Calhoun St., Pearl River, LA 70452.
Candidates will have an opportunity to discuss their qualifications, priorities and plans for the Pearl River Police Department and answer questions ahead of the upcoming election.
The forum gives residents a chance to hear directly from those seeking to lead the department and compare their positions before heading to the polls.
