Drivers could encounter moderate to heavy delays Saturday when turning lanes close at the intersection of LA 21, also known as South Tyler Street, and US 190 Business, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
The closures are scheduled for October 17 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting. The notice lists southbound LA 21 and both directions of US 190 Business.
Crews will conduct boring and surveying for roadway improvements. Police will direct traffic through the intersection.
DOTD says no detour will be established, though drivers may want to choose another route. Emergency vehicles will retain access.
