Another formal challenge to a candidate’s qualifications was filed late Friday

Because the filing came in so late in the day, the court documents and full details have not yet become publicly available.

At this time, we are not naming the candidate who filed the challenge, the candidate being challenged, or the municipality involved until we are able to obtain and review the actual filing.

We expect those documents to become available sometime next week.

Once they do, we will review the allegations, supporting documents, and the basis for the challenge before reporting the full story.

For now, we can confirm that we are aware of the filing and are watching it closely.
